This huge club sandwich spiked with three different chipotle ingredients from Boar’s Head Brand!

Ingredients

4 strips Boar’s Head Brand Imported Bacon, crispy
3 slices Wheat bread, toasted
2 tablespoons Boar’s Head Brand Fiery Chipotle Gourmaise
4 slices Boar’s Head Brand Chipotle Chicken Breast
2 slices Boar’s Head Brand Chipotle Gouda Cheese
2 leaves Romaine lettuce
4 slices Red onions, sliced thin
1/2 Avocado, mashed
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
Salt, to taste

Directions

1. Toast the bread slices.

2. Spread 1 tablespoon of Fiery Chipotle Gourmaise on one slice of bread and top with 2 slices of Chipotle Chicken Breast, 1 slice of Chipotle Gouda, two strips of bacon, 1 leaf lettuce and two slices red onion.

3. In a small bowl, mash together avocado and Greek yogurt and season with a pinch of salt. Slather second piece of bread with half of avocado yogurt dressing. Place second piece of bread, avocado side down, on the sandwich.

4. Spread another tablespoon of Fiery Chipotle Gourmaise onto the top of second piece of bread.

5. Repeat layering products on top of bread slice in the following order: 2 slices of Chipotle Chicken Breast, 1 slice of Chipotle Gouda, two strips of bacon, 1 leaf lettuce, two slices red onion and remaining avocado yogurt dressing.

6. Crown sandwich with remaining bread slice, secure each quarter of sandwich with large toothpicks or skewers, and slice sandwich into quarters. Serve immediately.
