Ingredients
½cupdiced ham
3ouncesprosciutto, chopped
4ouncesgenoa salami, chopped
10grape tomatoes, diced
1cupdiced iceberg lettuce
¼cupItalian Giardiniera
1cupmayonnaise
1teaspoondried oregano
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Bread bowl, optional
Kettle Pepperoncini Chips, for serving
Instructions
Dice meats into small pieces and stir together with diced tomatoes and iceberg lettuce. Stir in giardiniera, mayo, and spices. Taste and adjust to your liking!
Serve dip in a medium bowl topped with a little extra iceberg lettuce. Optionally, you can hollow out a bread boule and serve the dip in the bread bowl.
