This cheese ball has just a few ingredients but is a complete staple for me during the holiday season.
Ingredients

cream cheese

ounces
sharp cheddar cheese

Tablespoon
lemon juice

I used 1/2 a lemon

Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce

Teaspoon
garlic powder
½
bell pepper
,
minced

scallions
,
minced
½
Cup
pecans
,
chopped
Crackers for serving
Instructions
Combine cheeses, chopped vegetables, and spices in a bowl. Stir well until combined.
Chop pecans and roll ball in pecans.
Chill the ball before serving if you have time.
