This is our house salad dressing recipe with a tarragon vinegar base. It’s fantastic on just a few simple veggies and some greens.
Ingredients

Cup
canola oil

or other very neutral oil. Olive oil is a no-no.

Tarragon vinegar
,
no substitutions people. It's in your vinegar section. Find it!

freshly ground is best

Tabasco
,
I substituted Cholula and received no complaints
Instructions
Add all your ingredients to a bowl or salad dressing container in the order I listed them above starting with the oil and vinegar.
Shake or whisk!
