This crab stuffing starts with lump crab meat and also includes cream cheese, scallion, cheddar, and Old Bay.
I just use white button mushrooms for these. Wash them and cut out the cores of the mushrooms. Take your time prepping them!
Stuff each mushroom really full with crab filling and then top with breadcrumbs. Bake!
These come out wonderfully savory and cheesy and the crab filling really sets them apart from other stuffed mushroom recipes!
