Two Months!Jump to Recipe
Theo turned a big two months old this week! By big, I don’t me actually big… he’s still in the 5% for size and we recently had some friends who had a baby that was born larger than him. So yea… he’s tiny.
But he’s growing fine considering where he started and tipped the scales at a healthy 9 pounds recently. That makes him just a little bit smaller than our cat.
More than his weight though, his personality is growing rapidly. He’s a smiling, giggling, generally happy baby and has really started to become aware of his surroundings recently.
During his two month photoshoot, he proved that he either A) can count to two or B) knows the international sign for “peace out.”
And yes, we absolutely will keep doing these for the remainder of his life. We already have the 216 month patch for when he goes to college!
On the blog next week, I have a few things planned that I think you all will love. Tomorrow, I’m posting a fun and fast breakfast sandwich that’s engineered for all of us who wish we had time to plan a real breakfast, but never actually get around to it. I’ll also post some delicious chicken tenders (baked, not fried) with various sauces and a semi-philosophical look at the world of food blogging!

It’s a good idea to know what you are going in for or you’ll walk out with 1,000 disposable chopsticks and 4 gallons of Worcestershire sauce. This list is absolutely a good start for how to navigate.
