Super Fast Spring
Finally. The snow has stopped (knock on wood) and the sun has come out for what will hopefully be a long spring. This meal plan is an effort to give you some quick meals that work well for this time of year.
The menu is designed to be tasty obviously, but also super-fast so you can spend time doing things other than cooking. The stir-fry dish probably has the longest prep time, but it’s worth it if you can find a spare 35- 40 minutes. It’s very flavorful and has lots of springtime veggie flavors.
