Autumn sometimes gets a bad rap in the food world because it happens to follow the food-rich months of summer. But that is just plain silly. You just have to re-orientate yourself to the richness of fall. That’s what this week’s meal plan is all about. It features some of my favorite fall ingredients in easy-to-make recipes. Pick a few of these meals, make them, and enjoy the cooler weather.
