A fresh and delicious tomato and watermelon salad seasoned with beautiful Aztec sea salt. Includes a code to get a free bag of Aztec Sea Salt!
3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/2 small seedless watermelon, chopped
1/2 small red onion, sliced thin
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 ounces feta cheese, cubed
1) Roughly chop tomatoes and cube watermelon. Slice red onions really thin.
2) Toss vegetables with olive oil and vinegar. Then stir in cubed feta cheese and fresh mint.
3) Sprinkle generously with sea salt (to taste) right before serving.
