1 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon turmeric spice (optional)
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- Add ingredients to a medium pot over low heat. Stir until butter is melted and flavors are combined. No need to simmer it even.
