For some reason, when it’s really hot outside, I like to eat spicy food. Word on the street is that the sweat from the spicy food helps actually cool you off. I’m not sure if I completely buy that unless you are eating really spicy stuff, but for whatever reason I crave spicy things this time of year.
This meal plan feature some of my favorite fast meals that all bring on the spice, but not too much. Just enough to make it nice.
