The Internet Kitchen: Book Launch!

I’ve been working on Love Your Leftovers for almost three years now and I figured that since it’s finally out there in the world, I should celebrate!

I partnered up with a local Denver brewery that I particularly like to host a little book launch party!

I’ll be there signing books, having a beer or three, and talking all about leftovers.

If you’re in the Denver area, come say Hi!  If you bring a copy of Love Your Leftovers or buy one there, you’ll get a free pint of delicious craft beer!

No poll this week because I still owe you guys a mandoline post from last week!

The Links

Smoked Honey-Glazed Ham – This recipe takes a few days to make so you might have missed your opportunity to make it this year for Easter. But, just bookmark it anyway and try it out when you have the time. I think it’s going to be guaranteed good. (@ Hunter Angler Gardener Cook)

Whipped Cream Colored Eggs – This is a great idea and looks like the perfect cross between huge mess and super fun. Kids would love (and so would I if I’m being honest). (@ Spinach Tiger)

18 Delicious Sides for Ham – Ham is the classic Easter dish for the weekend, but if you’re in need of sides to go with said ham, look no further! If you can’t find something on this list, I’m not sure I can help you. (@ The Kitchn)

Love Your Leftovers Pork Banh Mi – Lauren did a great job of making a few of the recipes from the pulled pork chapter of Love Your Leftovers. Check out her photos and review of the book! (@ Healthy Delicious)

Have a great weekend everybody and if you happen to be in the Denver area, come by the book launch party on April 30th!

  1. Got your book from Amazon yesterday. Really like it and so looking forward to trying out the recipes. Am out of town during your signing event, so if you plan another in the downtown Denver area, would you please post. Would love to have you sign my book. Congratulations!
