Back to School — Super Fast Dinners!
It’s back to school time for most people who either have kids or are teachers! Some may see this as a relieved time of the year (kids are out of the house) or as a stressful time of the year. Either way, back to school time always means a period of adjustment.
This week is dedicated to that adjustment. All of the meals in this plan are super-quick… as in under 30 minutes. All of them also work great as dinner or lunch. In short, they will fill any gap in your busy week this week!
This weekly meal plan includes:
- Spicy Rice Noodle Stir Fry
- Turkey Cobb Salad and Cheesy Breadsticks
- Quick Chickpea Curry
- Greek Chicken Salad (Lunch) and 5 Minute Chocolate Cake
