Who doesn’t love having a few buddies over for a game? We have SO many great sporting events coming up and I figured it would be worth it to write up some of my favorite EASY Game Day Appetizers.

I have some excellent game day recipes on Macheesmo from over the years, but some of them are more involved than most people will be willing to do.

These recipes though are intended to be incredibly doable for almost any home cook.

Give them a shot and leave me a comment with your favorite easy game day recipe!

Homemade Beef Taquitos

I grew up eating taquitos, but as you might have guessed, they were almost always the frozen kind. Not that there is anything wrong with the occasional frozen taquito, but these Homemade Beef Taquitos are an entirely different (and better) experience! Once you get the hang of rolling these, you can make a bunch!

Italian Hoagie Dip

This is a delicious dip. It has all the flavors of a good hoagie, including all the veggies, and you serve the whole thing in a delicious bread bowl. Serve it with bread or chips!

Low and Slow Chicken Wings

If you’re looking for a quick game day appetizer, chicken wings can almost always be counted on for good eats. Skip the fryer though and stick these in a low-heat oven for a few hours. You’ll be well-rewarded!

Easy Grilled Salsa

Fall is still solidly grilling season at my house and this salsa is an easy thing you can make in advance and have on the table whenever you need it!

Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

This Philly Cheesesteak Casserole brings home all the classic flavors of the Philly sandwich in one big casserole, which you can dish out in individual sandwiches or serve in a variety of ways! Doesn’t get easier than that!

Ultimate Picnic Sandwiches

If you are in charge of feeding a crew for game day, these Ultimate Picnic Sandwiches are an easy winner. They have the perfect mix of creamy cheese and butter, peppery arugula, and savory cured meat. Make them and slice them up!

Easy Bean And Cheese Dip

I don’t always love about bean dips. Sometimes I think they are too beany. And I say that as a man that loves beans. So this easy dip has a nice balance! I think you’re crew will love it.

Whipped Feta Dip with Olives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

It just might be that you are in need of a last-minute appetizer for game day! This Whipped Feta Dip is super creamy, easy to make, and you can top it with SO many delicious toppings. The best part might be that it takes literally five minutes.

Creamy Crab and Artichoke Dip

Given all the good sports that is in our future (football? World Cup?), I figured that it might be nice to show-off this baked dip recipe that’s always a hit. This easy Crab and Artichoke dip has a few different kinds of cheese, plus spices and peppers, and is a great centerpiece for any appetizer table.

Baked Pesto Chicken Wings

If you’re looking for a delicious chicken wings recipe that isn’t spicy, Pesto Chicken Wings are for you! My preference is to bake these which is super easy but you could also fry them if you wanted!
