Tuesday Treat: A Mini Workhorse!

Over the last few weeks, I realized that I’ve been using my mini-food processor more than normal.

It’s not a piece of kitchen equipment that a lot of people rank highly. Most people choose to just go with the large model of food processor if they are going to get one.

But there are plenty of times when a smaller model just makes sense. It’s easier to clean and works great when you need to process under two cups of something.

Even though I just did a giveaway on Thursday, I’m in a giving mood so here’s another one for ya!

What a Workhorse!

The mini food processor I’m giving away here is nothing fancy. It’s basically just two blades that spin really really fast. It has two speeds: fast and faster.

I love working with mine though because it’s really light, it can be stored easier than the larger version, and it’s much easier to clean also.

Here’s just a few of the recipes I’ve used mine for over the last month:

Date Cinnamon Rolls

Black Bottom PB Pie

Jerk Pulled Pork

I would say that I use mine at least once a week without question.

Tuesday Treat Rules

Just a reminder about the Tuesday Treat rules.

The whole idea behind these giveaways is that they are quick. This contest will close at 8PM Eastern time tonight (Tuesday) and I’ll pick TWO winners at random. That means that you have just 12 hours to sign up.

Unfortunately, I can’t ship internationally so just U.S. entries please.

How to enter?

I use Punchtab to run these giveaways. The widget below will walk you through how you can enter to win and gain extra entries for doing stuff like following me on Twitter.

If you don’t have Javascript enabled in your browser, you won’t be able to see the widget. You can always just leave a comment below to be entered to win if the widget doesn’t load. The widget will give you more chances to win though.

Good luck everyone!

Congrats to Jenetta Penner and Joanne Nielsen for winning the giveaway!
