Happy Thanksgiving!

by Nick

This is just a quick note to say Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

I hope everyone is able to spend it with family and friends and eat some good food.

On Friday, after the food coma has worn off, I encourage you to make this guy.

It’s a really simple turkey melt with leftover turkey, homemade cranberry sauce, and mozzarella cheese.

It’s a great sandwich.

I’m going to take tomorrow off also, but will be back on Saturday with a fresh brunch dish as usual.

If you need some ideas to get rid of all those turkey leftovers, be sure to try out my turkey fajitas, mashed potato gnocchi, or browse through ingredients page to find some new ideas!

Have a great day everyone!
