I love the idea of a pizza party – one, because I can’t think of anyone I know who doesn’t love pizza and two, because you could make these puppies up beforehand and then slide ‘em in the oven at the right time . . . more time w/guests! I know that my husband (nickname is “King Carnivore”) would love that fire/smoke dealy and would swoon over the “meat lovers . . .” We’ll have to give ‘em a go!

  5. I LOVE pizza with sopressata! In southern Italy they make a pizza with sopressata and thinly sliced potatoes. Its AMAZING!!

  8. Omg I’m so hungry for them. They look great
    for our chanukka christmas day dinner after the movies we cheated and the day before I bought several pizza store dough balls and their sauce. It was real fun making and eating them….we will have to try it from scratch

  14. The Fire-and-Smoke is my favorite at Matchbox but I never realized I could actually make it at home. I plan to invest in a pizza stone soon but haven’t yet. It’s essential, right?

  17. how long would the pizza dough last for (un-baked)? Could I freeze it for future use?

    I’m not sure I can bake and eat all 4 pizzas, but have a horrible time at halving recipes :)

  18. First, can I tell you how happy I was to see your orange marinara sauces? I just started making homemade marinara, and I couldn’t understand for the life of me why it wasn’t that deep red like every other marinara I’ve seen in my life.

    Second, I HAVE to try that mushroom pizza! I just started eating them recently, and I can’t believe what I’ve been missing out on!
