Our little cakes are baking as I type! We are so excited about these! Perfect Christmas cookie! But, we have to admit, as we followed this recipe, step by step, we often refered rto you as 'she'. Example: "she made her cookies this size. She added peppermint to the filling". Only to find out you are a man…named Nick. Can you say awkward?! the combination of brown and pink is so pretty (and that's just aesthetically speaking): i'm sure they tasted fantastic.
