		<description>My daughter has made the recipe from the American Test Kitchen website but I haven&#039;t tasted it yet. It said to squeeze all the moisture out of the pumpkin so I think it will be a very dry cheesecake. 
Your version is more to my taste, have you tried to sub sweet potato for the pumpkin? Use the same spices and try it. I love both types. </description>
