  2. My daughter has made the recipe from the American Test Kitchen website but I haven’t tasted it yet. It said to squeeze all the moisture out of the pumpkin so I think it will be a very dry cheesecake.
    Your version is more to my taste, have you tried to sub sweet potato for the pumpkin? Use the same spices and try it. I love both types.

  4. just wanted to say thanks for this, i made it and it is soooo ridiculously good. the best pumpkin pie/cheesecake ever. i was even so brave as to make the whip cream, wayyyy better then the canned crap :)
