One question though, I have always added my curry spices in to the oil right at the end of sautéing, letting them go over direct heat for about 30 seconds while stirring. Is that what you tried when you say you tried adding it to the veggies? Did you notice a flavor difference between water and oil, or was it pretty much equal either way?</description>
