  1. the slow fermentation: excellent. so glad that is *slowly* becoming more widespread.

  2. I have made the bread 3 times once it was a mess but the rest it was very good.
    I have try with wheat and oat 1/4 of cup each and malt it came out great with more taste also.Hope to see more of those recipe no Knead
