I was searching for a similar recipe I saw on the Foodnetwook. I'd never seen your site before but I am so glad I did. The recipe is wonderful and I love the asides. I'm a southerner and I've been doing sweet potato fries forever, but I do like your seasonings better than simply the kosher salt. I've made you a "favorite" and look forward to more recipes.

I would have to take out the heat to serve that to my daughter. She is a heat wimp when it comes to spicy heat. Even the mildest salsa is too hot for her. But my hubby and I like a little heat in our food once in a while so we keep one piece of what ever we cook that is un-sauced or not seasoned.
The Lime Chiplote sauce was a big hit with my hubby when I cooked some chicken wings and marinated a couple for us in the sauce.

Wow, either you really do check your searches, or this is an amazing coincidence--I searched pork chops YESTERDAY. And I think you should take the credit for being totally on top of it and responsive, even if this was just a quirk of fate.

This looks incredibly delicious! I will be trying it the next time I do chops.

And on a completely unrelated note, I am in love with the saucepan you used for the blackberry sauce.
