Susan over at Wild Yeast asked me I would guest host Yeastspotting this week while she is gallivanting around Switzerland. I was more than happy to oblige. These are some great baked goods that people submitted so be sure to check out the recipes and posts!

  1. I'm so sorry I missed Yeastspotting this week, just one day short. This is a wonderful round up and I always love ogling the fabulous yeasty things people have baked. There are a few here that I just have to try myself!

  2. I figured I was too late! Darn it – so much goodness! Can you let me know if I need to re-submit or if it'll go in automatically next week. Thanks!

  3. Hi Nick,

I don't know if you'll think this is funny or not but my boyfriend is working from home today so I told him that I was happy you put my picture in the collage at the top. He asked me what the url was and I said macheesmo.com. He misspelled the name of your blog and naughty things showed up. We were cracking up!

The moral is: make sure you spell things for people. :0)

Thanks for hosting this week. Everyone's bread looks so good on your blog!

  4. Nick, you did such a beautiful job with the roundup this week! Love the excuse to find a new blog to check out… and lots of good bread here to check out as well; always love the variety of breads on Yeastspotting!

  5. A very nice round up, Nick! Yeastspotting is always so mouthwatering.

I fear my submission got lost? But never mind, I will visit the other blogs and do another submission next week :-D
