  1. I would like an index to search for items covered before.

I would like to be able to make recipe requests (like how to make something I had in a restaurant or bouht frozen).

I am not wild over food fights….

I enjoy the 1st of the month food focus

I like the healthy/organic posts and the cookbook reviews

  2. I like Macheesmo just the way it is; it’s one of my favorites. But I agree about the food fights – I could do without them.

  3. Sounds like a great trip! Have fun…bring me back something dutch ;)

  4. I’d love to see “What’s in My Pantry?” (a la the pasta miscellany) become a regular feature, soliciting combinations from regular posters to figure out what to do when you need to clean out the fridge.

I’d also love to know, literally, what’s in your pantry? What are the staple foods and spices you make sure you keep regularly stocked? A cool way to break it down might be one post to give an overview and then occasional posts to highlight individual items and all the different ways you use them regularly (maybe with links to past recipes?).

Otherwise, I have to echo all the blog love. Really impressed with both your dedication and your quality of work on Macheesmo!

  5. MOAR TIPSEY!

  6. I really enjoy Macheesmo as it is. However, I agree with the previous commenters about the food fights. Also, I’d love to see interviews with other food bloggers.

  7. if you do videos, I’d only be interested in watching if it was footage of you doing the demonstrations (and not all hidden identity stuff!!)

  8. Take a trip with your camera through the Burough Market & tell us about it. I’ve heard it’s incredible.

  10. Have a great time – let me know if you fancy a tour of Cambridge

  11. Hi Nick,

Bit late, but never the less, enjoy your website, not so much the food battle though!
Like your step by step photography. Would like to see a bit more veggie dishes and more easy to do quick dishes.

All in all a very creative blog. Well done and have a wonder filled break.
