		<description>Great job. Nick has made baguettes a few times now and they get better each time. Though we have always had the problem of not scoring enough, I don;t think you had such an issue :)</description>

I&#039;ve got a bunch of rye dough in the fridge (I&#039;m pretty into Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day) but as soon as that is gone, I&#039;m jumping on the baguette-wagon. I&#039;d like to start them NOW but alas, then I&#039;ll eat nothing but bread all week, and we can&#039;t have that... </description>
