		<description>I love rice and was immediately intrigued when I first read this post. Finally got around to trying the recipe.

Changes I made: skipped the onions, none on hand, and I used brown rice.

It worked well and was absolutely delicious. However, the &#039;stirring and adding hot stock&#039; part took a good hour. And used most of my stock.

Well worth it, tho. Thanks for an awesome recipe.</description>
