Your style of cooking is very similar to my own and the best part in my opinion is your dishes... yes your fiestaware!! I have a full collection and love seeing the dishes used in places other than my kitchen!! Now this recipe you posted today seems really yummy thanks for the breakdown of breaking down the artichoke I have always felt intimidated by them, but am thinking that I can make this recipe it looks delicious!!! Thanks for the nice comments. @ darya With the quality of most food blogs out there these days... that is a serious compliment. Thanks :) @ Vicki and Val. It is a good recipe, but I don't see why you need 6 artichokes to make it. Mine were very artichokey and I only used 2 large ones. 4 would be extra artichoke. 6 would be extra work. Sometimes I wonder if the people at BA actually MAKE the meals before they publish them. Just kidding. I'm sure they do... but still... @ Karolinka.
