Still can’t believe I don’t have this book yet.

I use my Descoware (like Le Creuset) for baking my no-knead bread, that pot is miraculous.

Thanks for the Twitter link for the artisan bread folks. This book is definitely on my list. I think what they’re talking about having in the frig is what the Italians call “biga.” Carol Fields’ book on bread is another fabulous one.
