		<description>What are you doing to me?! This makes me want to cry. This is the reason why I shouldn&#039;t look at food blogs while I&#039;m detoxing. I might have to have this for brekkie on Sunday. Looks fantastic. Great tip on the cocoa powder for the popcorn. I actually have some raw, organic cocoa powder and I&#039;m sure it will taste wonderful with the spices. Cheers. </description>

		<description>In trying to get the first crepe right, always a good idea to make sure the pan is hot enough before you pour the batter (I put the butter in and turn the the flame before I start mixing the batter) and to realize that it will have to cook longer than the other ones...  
 
Also a good tip not to cook them too much if you&#039;re gonna keep them in the oven to warm up because otherwise when you take them out they&#039;ll be dry - you wanna flip &#039;em/ take &#039;em out of the skillet just as they are browning.  
 
Lastly - for sweet crepes I like to add a shot of 80 proof rum to the batter :)
