I wondered how you were going to pull off fresh guac without a decent tomato in sight. I forgot how flavorful the canned tomatoes are. Great suggestion and great sounding recipe.

OK. You caught me. I usually do use cilantro, but parsley is a nice change. You can use either depending on preference.

I wouldn't use both though as that would be seriously herby…
